If Jasper has a mass of 75kg and the human body has a density of 4.0 g/ml.
75kg x 1000g/1kg x 1mL/4.0g = 18750 mL
18750 mL x 1L/1000mL = 18.750 L
this is Jasper's volume.
Thats how much water he will displace.
So, 20L + 18.750 = 38.75L for the water and Jasper.
You say "the tub can hold 75mL of water", but I think you mean 75L, because that is a WAY tiny tub otherwise.
So, no, the tub wouldn't overflow, but, really, he would have to submerge to displace the entire volume of his body. He could only do that for a short time...
