Emoni, all you have to do is plug the x,y values from each point into the inequality and see if it's true. I'll do the first one for you:
y < (x-1)2 - 3
Let's try choice A.) (1,0). Remember this is an ordered pair so it's (x=1,y=0). Let's plug 0 for y and 1 for x into the inequality equation:
0 < (1-1)2 - 3
0 < 02 - 3
0 < -3
Which is not true since zero is greater than -3. So choice A, (1.0), does not satisfy the inequality. Try the other 3 choices. Only one of them will satisfy the inequality.
