Masters in Chemistry and Bachelors in Biology
The Greek root word "bio" means life and the Greek suffix "ology" means "the study of", so, literally, biology means the study of life. However, this field of study is broad, ranging from the molecular level to the population level. Over the past decades, biology intersected with computer science and engineering to produce such subfields such as computation biology and biomedical engineering. Even though there are many branches of biology, scientists are solely focuses on understanding how "life" works and way to improve upon it.
