use a pneumatic device, one word "sohchatoa" to remember the relationship
soh means sinA= opposite side over hypotenuse
cah means cosA = adjacent side over hypotenuse
toa means tanA = opposite side over adjacent side
then remember the inverse trig fuctions
sinA = 1/cscA
cosA = 1/secA
tanA = 1/cscA
if you know opposite and adjacent side you can find the hypotenuse using the Pythagorean Theorem
or if you know the hypotenuse and one other side, you can find the 3rd side, using the Pythagorean Theorem
