To solve this you need to change the % value into a decimal value.
Remember when you calculating percents you do a division and then the last step to change the decimal into a percent is to multiply by 100.
SO, to change the percent back into a decimal value you need to divide by 100.
110% ==>> 110% / 100 = 1.10
Now take the old cost and multiply by 1.10, then round off to the nearest cent.
