I don't quite understand your question. The only treaty President Wilson was really anxious about was the Treaty of Versailles right after World War I. He actually wanted the Senate to approve it, because it included a new League of Nations, which was like our United Nations today. The Senate refused to approve the treaty, because they didn't want to have anything to do with other countries' problems. The Senators who voted against the treaty were called isolationists.
