Actually, the Anti-Federalists didn't have a truly unified platform; they were a rather diverse group with somewhat different ideas about the real threat the constitution might pose. Some feared the president was a king waiting to happen while others thought the courts would become too powerful. Still, the underlying theme for all of them was this: a centralized government threatens state control of rights and policies.
