Hi Mohammad,
When I approached this question, I noticed two things: There is a right angle (90 degrees) and a ray separates (the ray cuts the right angle)
If the ray cuts the right angle, then the two new angles have to add up to 90 degrees. Since one angle is 37 degrees:
90 - 37 = 53 <- The second angle must be 53 degrees!
