If the equation is (7/3)x=63, then you would need to multiply both sides of the equation by the reciprocal of the fraction (3/7).
If the equation is 7/(3x) = 63, where the x is on the bottom of the fraction, then you need to cross multiply to get the x on the top. Afterwards, you could solve the equation like normal by dividing both sides to get x by itself.
