It is located in Nepal an border country is China in Asia.

And remember that while Tibet claims its own sovereignty, the People's Republic of China (which is different from the Republic of China >.< ; the latter is what we call Taiwan while the PRC is what we call China) claims Tibet as part of their country and has been occupying it for quite a few years.  This explains the "China/Tibet" element in Phillip's answer.
