make s the subject in v^2 -u^2=2as. make u the subject in v^2-u^2=2as

All i know is that in order for the variables to become a subject they must be on the left side of the equation. However, i don't know how to find the solution...... HELP!

to make s the subject, in other words to isolate s from the other variables, divide both sides by 2a.

 

to make u the subject, subtract v^2 from both sides.

then multiply both sides by -1

then take the square root of both sides
