The question is worded very poorly. I assume you meant to ask if the Persian war benefited Greek civilization. It did. With Persia defeated, Greece as a whole was free of the threat from invasion and conquest (at least for a few generations), and free of having to pay tribute to foreign powers. During this time of freedom, Greek civilization thrived, including the development of a primitive democracy in Athens, and great achievements in the arts, architecture, humanities, philosophy, science, medicine, and mathematics.
