Every answer except the second answer, ("they seem plausible") is correct. This question is testing your understanding of the scientific method. Remember that that the scientific method relies on empiricism or proving phenomena with evidence. Having a "hunch" that something may seem plausible is a claim that is not supported with evidence.
The other three responses are consistent with the idea of replicability. In the scientific method, experiments must produce the same results repeated multiple times in order for the experiment to be replicable. If the experiment is replicable, then the scientific explanation is considered to be true.
