Find the percent of change

Ok..at the part of 6/26 the directions said that I have to divide 6/26 and then multiply the result by 100. By I keep getting a long decimal number.

Yes, you should get 0.2307692308 or something like that, which I rounded to 0.23. Multiplying by 100 simply moves the decimal two places right, so 0.23 = 23%. 
 
If you need one more digit, you can round to 0.231 = 23.1%, or you can keep going...
 
23.08%
23.077%
etc.
 
Since you seem to be just learning percentages, I rounded to two decimal places to get a whole number percentage.

Yes, I rounded. You should have gotten something like 0.2307692308. Multiplying by 100 simply moves the decimal right two places.
 
You could also say 23.1%, 23.077%, 23.079%, etc, but since you seem to be just learning, I left it at 23%.
