the other point (x2,y2). Then substitute values into the slope formula to find "m," the slope of the line.
2. Take the slope-intercept form, y=mx+b, and substitute "m" into the m value.
3. Take one of the points and substitute into the equation. This will mean that the only value missing is the y-intercept, "b."
4. Solve for "b."
5. Finally, using all values, write the equation in standard value ( AX +By =C (constant number) ).
