British-Slavery Interaction? Help? (Part 2)

If I want to write about a little African girl and her older sister separated by slavery in 1800s by the British (most likely London), would it make more sense to have them from a North African country like Libya, an East African country like Mozambique, a Southern African country like Swaziland, a West African country like Sierra Leone or a Central African country like Rwanda?

Britain was engaged in the "triangle trade." Goods went to West Africa in exchange for slaves conquered further inland who were sent to the colonies.
