Look at an example:
4 * 104 = 40000
4 * 103 = 4000
4 * 102 = 400
4 * 101 = 40
4 * 100 = 4
4 * 10-1 = 0.4
4 * 10-2 = 0.04
So, how is the decimal point moving?
