a student can type 174 words in 3 min & 348 in 6 min how many can the student type in 8 min?

how many words can the student type in 8 minutes

It 174 in 3 min, then 58=174/3 words in 1 min
 
So in 8 min the student can type 8*58= 464 words. Even you do not need the second condition  (348 in 6 min)
