As Mark said, they are not different (mathematically). But if the two numbers represent physical measurements (in appropriate units), then the precisions are different.
A measurement reported as 0.0000 means you know it is 0 to within ±0.0001
A measurement reported as 0 means you know it is 0 to within ±1
The former is more precise than the latter.

Good observation. They are equally accurate, since both claim the quantity is 0 (assuming 0 is indeed the correct value), but with different degrees of uncertainty.
