Assuming that Marie answered all 4 questions and only 1 answer was incorrect, then she must have answered 3 of out of 4 questions correctly.
3/4 = 0.75 = 75%
NOTE: It is very, very common to put little "tricks" like this on standardized tests to cause test-takers to "trip over a brick" or to "run into a brick wall" (like when you don't know a definition or a formula)."
