For the record, it is Hess' Law, not Head's Law. Also, we can't answer this question because we don't know the target equation for which we are supposed to calculate ∆H. You have 2 equations:
C(s) + O2(g) ===> CO2(g)
CO(g) + 1/2 O2(g) ===> CO2(g)
