Teaching You To Write Reports Professionally and Efficiently
Assuming your computer is already on, you need to first insert the disc into its floppy disc drive.
Note: If your computer has no floppy disc drive, then you should use a USB drive. Floppy discs are a thing of the past, although some computers are equipped with floppy disc drives.
Then you need to click "Start" and go to "My Computer" and find the name of your floppy disc. Double-click on that name. A folder should come up. This folder will contain all files saved into that disc. Then you can drag and drop your files into that folder.
If you want to save data from an old disc to a new disc, you can right click on the files from the folder associated with the old disc, then copy and paste to the folder associated with the new disc.
Removing your disc safely:
1) Close all programs that are using the disc.
2) Right click on the disc name and select "Eject".
3) Your disc will automatic be ejected from your disc drive.
