Please help me with ratio?

In a school the ratio of male to female staff is 2:3. 1/4 of the male teachers are under 30. 40% of the female teachers are under 30. Write the ratio of under 30s to over 30s. Give your answer in its simplest form.

2(25)+3(40)=5U

170=5U

170/5=35=U= 35% under 30

100-35 =O =65% over 30
