An air plane traveled 1782 miles in 4 hours 1/2 what is the rate of speed

Please help me with this i cant answer it i forgot how to do the problem.

Just a clarification on the wording of the problem:
 
You want the speed, which is the time rate of change in distance, not the rate of speed.  Anyway, Carol gave you the correct solution.
