ANY MATH -I can break it down to the basics for you!
remember that a denominator can never be zero, so if we find what turns the denominator into zero, we have found the excluded values:
3w + 6 ≠ 0 (subtract 6 from both sides)
3w ≠ -6 (divide both sides by 3)
w ≠ -2
the excluded value is -2
