Given 1/3x+y= 15 what are the ordered pairs ?

The table by Sava  looks WRONG to me; when x=0, y = 15, not zero.
Check others.
For a st. line, two points are SUFFICENT, always.
Often the best two points are the two intercepts.
(0,15) and (45,0) are the intercepts.

Sorry, there is a mistake in the table. The first value should read (0, 15), not (0, 0). This is an explanation how we get infinitely many pairs, not drawing a line. Thank you, Kenneth, for pointing this to me.
