Simply plug in -2 for all values of x in the equation and then simplify in order to find f(-2). If f(x) = 7x + 5x2 + 10, then f(-2) = 7(-2) + 5(-2)2 + 10 = -14 + 5(4) + 10 = -4 + 20 = 16. I hope this helps!
