Rational Coordinates sounds like Rational Numbers in the (x,y) form.  Rational numbers are any number that can be written as a fraction (integers, and terminating and repeating decimals).  Coordinates are just points that can be plotted in a coordinate plane.

 

So for instance, (4,5) is a rational coordinate, and (1/2, -2) is another.
