Change a recipe from a serving of 6 to 3

30-min spaghetti and meatballs
ingredients:
1. 2 tbsps extra-virgin olive oil
2. 1/2 yellow onion (chopped sweet)
3. 3 cloves chopped garlic
4. 1 cup carrots (very finely chopped)
5. 1 cup brow mushrooms (chopped crimini)
6. 56 ozs italian plum tomatoes ( get san marzano brand if possible )
7. 1/4 cup flat leaf parsley (chopped fresh)
8. 1/4 cup fresh basil (chopped)
9. 3 tbsps tomato paste (concentrate in tube)
10 .1/4 cup romano cheese (grated parmesan-,blend)
11. salt (to taste ,about about 1 teaspoon )
12. 1/4 red wine
13. 1 lb ground beef (at least 16% fat)
14. 1/2 lb pork sausages(fresh bulk itlian style)
15. 2 tbsps basil (finely chopped)
16. 2 tbsps flat leaf parsley(finley chopped fresh)
17. 1/2 cup brown mushroom (finley chopped crimini)
18. 2 eggs
19. 3/4 cup bread crumbs(unseasoned)
20. 1/4 cup romano cheese (grated parmesan-,blend)
21. 2 tbsps sea salt
22. 2 tbsps black ground pepper (fresh)
23. 1 tbsps olive oil
24. red wine
25. 1 1/2 lbs spaghetti (dry 100% semolina,thin spaghetti, or bucatini
