Number of runs in the first 10 overs = (3.2 runs per over)(10 overs) = 32 runs

 

Runs needed in the remaining 40 overs = 282 - 32 = 250 runs

 

Rate in remaining 40 overs = 250 runs / 40 overs = 6.25 runs per over
