For each day, divide total distance by total time. That gives you the average distance in (mile/min).
If you want it in (mile/hour), just convert the time into hours first!...like this:
Saturday:
24 min / 60 min = 0.4 hrs
20 miles / 0.4 hrs = 50 (miles/hour)
Friday:
you try!!! everything works the same, ...same distance (20 miles), but you have a different number of minutes (75 minutes)
