You happen to have a fraction as coefficient, and a constant that is a fraction, too.

 

Multiplying all terms by 15 (technique is called Clearing Fractions) will give you standard form:

 

5x + 15y = 6

 

BTW: "these type" should be THIS TYPE (of questions)--because type is the singular subject.
