I've changed multiplication symbol from your x to * so there's no confusion with the variable x.

 

(12+7):(8*4+6)::(_x__):(4*7+2)

 

is equivalent to:

 

(12+7)/(8*4+6) = x/(4*7+2)

 

(19)/(32+6) = x/(28+2)

 

(19)/(38) = x/(30)

 

(19)/(2*19) = x/(30)

 

1/2 = x/30

 

x = 30/2 = 15
