Put both inequalities in the slope-intercept form:
1) x1-2y1≤6
-2y1≤-x+6
y1≥.5x1-3, slope m1=1/2, y1-intercept =-3, shade area above the line.
2) x2+4y2≥4
4y2≥-x2+4
y2≥-(1/4)x2+1, slope m =-1/4, y2-intercept =1, shade the area above the line.
The solution to the system, is the shaded area shared by both lines.
