Y=x^3-3x^2 at (3,2)

What is your question?  Do you want the slope of the function at the point (3,2)?  The point (3,2) is not on the curve described by the given function.
 
y = x3 - 3x2
 
33 - 3(32) = 27 - 27 = 0 ≠ 2
