You can use a proportion: (3/8) is to 2 as x is to 25; write it as ½•(3/8) = x/25, then solve for x.
Another easy (mental math) is to simply realize that going from 2 servings to 25 servings requires 12.5 (i.e. 25/2) as an upscaling factor. So multiply 3/8 oz almonds [0.375 oz] by 12.5 to get the larger requirement for almonds.
I expect you to do these calculations--do both, and they should be equivalent.
