Let a, b and c represents the numbers of notes of denominaton 2, 5 and 10 RS, respectively.
Then 2a + 5b + 10c = 784.
From the ratios given, we know what a:b = 3:2 so we get the equation 2a = 3b, and
b:c = 2:4 gives us the equation 2b = c.
That's three linear equations in three unknowns, and you can solve.
Check that the answers are all non-negative integers!
