Can't see tutor's phone number

I'm new here. I contacted a tutor and she messaged back with her phone number, but it shows up as "XXX-XXX-XXXX". I've already entered my credit card into my profile, so why can't I see her phone number? Thanks

This is usually because you do not have payment information established with WyzAnt. I'd call the company in the morning.
