I assume this question is graph y=2x/x-3.

 

I recommend setting up a table and solving for different values of x. Then transfer the data developed to an graph.

 

For instance,

 

when x=5 y=10/2 which is y=5   (5,5) is the point

 

when x=-5 y=-10/-8 which is y=1.25 because a neg/neg is a positive  (-5,1.25) is the point

 

Repeat for multiple x values
