biology help with explaination please

Glucose diffuses very slowly through artificial phospholipid bilayers. The cell lining the small intestine, however, rapidly move large quantities of glucose, from outside the cells, to their glucose-poor cytoplasm. Using this information, which transport mechanism is most probably functionaning in the intestinal cells.
