For glucose it is facilitated diffusion, glucose molecules are unable to be absorbed by intestinal cell membranes due to their large size. They are absorbed by facilitated diffusion along with the concentration gradient of other molecules. Secondary active transport helps in glucose absorption by cell layer lining small intestine.
Hope this helps.
I shall answer Calvin cycle question later on.
