The answer is false. Intuitive reasoning is based on "feelings of common sense" or "gut instinct." It does not require any particular observation or description. For example, suppose you ask two people if the Earth has ever been visited by aliens. Jim says that this obviously must be true because it makes no sense that other life wouldn't exist without better space travel technology, but Sue claims the idea is ridiculous and anyone who says otherwise was probably just dreaming. Neither have given any observations or descriptions in favor of their claims, only what they feel "makes sense." That is intuition, or intuitive reasoning.
