i just can figure it out ive tried and ive tried but i cant get it.

Area of shaded region ≥ 12

 

 

and know that

 

area of shaded region = entire area of figure - area of unshaded region

 

 

I don't what shape of figure you are dealing with, so I am giving you formulas to help you out here.  Then once you have set up the appropriate inequality using the right area formulas, just solve for rr from that inequality.
