Well, Napoleon's invasion of Russia was foolish and impossible for him. He was a victim of his own arrogance of power. But he was darned good at mathematics, and that's what helped him up the ladder of military advancement. A brilliant leader whose folly accounted for MUCH destruction of human life, all for the pursuit of 'glory.'
