Who walks at a faster rate: someone who walks 60 feet in 10 seconds or someone who walks 42 feet in 6 seconds?

Calculate these rates (do the division).  Then choose which rate is greater.

I thought you could carry on, as follows: 60 ft per 10 sec = 60/10 or 6 ft/sec.

Similarly, calculate the rate for the second person.  YOU CAN DO THIS.
