How do the Constitution and the Bill of Rights support the principle of majority rule while protecting the rights of the minority?

Keep in mind the Bill of Rights and the Constitution, I just need the question answered.

This problem is usually discussed under the heading of "Tyranny of the Majority"

There are many cases of differing numerical requirements. Not just Majority rule but Plurality or 2/3 etc.

Our rights are God-given they are NOT CONFERRED by the State. We must learn what our rights are and how our government works or the Majority could one day trample on rights.
