The beautiful thing about the US Constitution is that it was written to be flexible and lasting. It was meant to be interpreted and changed-the constitutional amendment process is very difficult but it was meant to be used. Internationally, many constitutions have failed because they are too specific. The US Constitution is so vague that you can't really call it a set of breakable and unbreakable laws. It's a framework for a government that is very short, well conceived, and long lasting.
