If there is a single name for Lincoln's domestic policy, it must be something you have covered in class, because I am not aware of one. Rather, if you look into his domestic policies (plural) there are several things he pursued besides winning the Civil War (which was of course his primary policy). This question sounds to me like a challenge to your thinking rather than a fill in the blank.

The only other thing I have thought of so far is that when it came to domestic policy, Lincoln seemed to believe in the old Whig Party theory that the President should generally approve whatever law Congress passed. Lincoln generally did that, except he vetoed laws that he felt interfered with his war powers. He definitely tried to mkeep management of the war to himself!
