n + n + 3 1/3 represents the sum

3(n + n + 3 1/3) represents triple the sum

3(n + n + 3 1/3) = 133

3n + 3n + 10 = 133            distribute

6n + 10 = 133                     combine like terms

6n = 123                             subtract 10 from both sides

n = 12 1/2                           divide both sides by 6
