Determine the axis of symmetry of y=-2x^2+3

Axis of symmetry is x=-b/2a for a quadratic formula x = ax²  + bx + c.

 

For y = -2x²  + 3.    b = 0

So x=0/2(-2) = 0

 

axis of symmetry is x=0.
