I would say (E) Deep Oceans.  This is because climate change has to do with the atmospheric conditions.  Anything in close contact to the atmosphere, such as the atmosphere itself, lakes, and land surfaces would be most affected.  Deep oceans are more in contact to the Earth's lithosphere.
